目的了解小康型卫生院辖区农村居民对便携式药包的需求,为科学设计适合农村居民使用的便携式药包提供依据。方法采用单纯随机抽样与整群抽样相结合的方法,调查分析上海、浙江与四川3个小康型卫生院所辖162户农村居民户主对便携式药包的需求。结果调查的162户农村居民对便携式药包的需求率为75.3%(122/162)。期望便携式药包能储存的主要药品为:感冒药(占86.1%)、创口贴(占82.0%)、清凉油(占61.5%)、风油精(占54.9%)、高血压用药(占34.4%)。期望能储存的主要器械为:体温计(占82%)、棉签(占73%)、血压计(占32.8%)。期望其大小为:长23.7±8.5 cm,宽17.1±6.4 cm,高14.1±6.5 cm。期望其适用占74.6%、轻便占68.0%、安全占60.7%、经济占60.7%、防水占46.7%。72.1%期望其价格小于15元;91.8%倾向于硬材料,并首选塑料。结论小康型卫生院辖区农村居民对便携式药包的需求率较高,便携式药包的设计与制作应充分满足农村居民的需求,只有尊重市场需求,才能保证便携式药包推广使用。
Objective To understand the demand for portable medicine package for rural residents in well-to-do hospitals, and to provide basis for scientific design of portable medicine package suitable for rural residents. Methods The methods of simple random sampling and cluster sampling were used to investigate the demand of portable household kits for 162 rural households headed by 3 well-to-do hospitals in Shanghai, Zhejiang and Sichuan. Results The demand rate of 162 rural residents for portable kits was 75.3% (122/162). The main drugs that can be stored in portable pouch are expected to be: cold medicine (86.1%), wound paste (82.0%), cool oil (61.5%), essential balm (54.9%) and hypertension medication ). The main instruments expected to be stored are: a thermometer (82%), a swab (73%) and a sphygmomanometer (32.8%). The expected size is 23.7 ± 8.5 cm in length, 17.1 ± 6.4 cm in width and 14.1 ± 6.5 cm in height. It is expected that its application will account for 74.6%, lightness 68.0%, security 60.7%, economy 60.7% and waterproof 46.7%. 72.1% expect their price to be less than 15 yuan; 91.8% prefer hard materials and plastic of choice. Conclusion Rural residents in well-to-do-type hospitals are in high demand for portable drug packs. The design and manufacture of portable drug packs should fully meet the needs of rural residents. Only by respecting the market demand can portable drug packs be popularized and used.
