单纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血(下称纯红再障)系骨髓红细胞系列选择性再生障碍所致的综合征。国内自1965年张氏报告以来,至今不足100例。本文将我院所诊治8例分析如下: 临床资料一、诊断标准: 依据Marmonnt提出的5项标准: 1.患者的血象仅为红细胞减少;可降低至1.00×10~(12)/L,而白细胞及血小板正常;2.网织红细胞减少或缺如;3.骨髓象粒系及巨核系数量正常;4.如用~(59)Fe检查红细胞内~(59)Fe结合力减少至10%左右,5.部分患者的血清内可发现有抑制红细胞生成的物质。具备前3项即可诊断。本文8例均符合上
