作者总结了该院近年来在改革开放的新形势下坚持走科技兴院之路,取得丰硕成果的原因:一是领导重视,方向明确,院领导亲自参加课题研究,重视人才培养。1991年以来有7项科研项目获国家、省、部级奖励。其中“氯乙酸灼伤中毒急救实验研究”填补了国内空白。二是结合实际制定措施。每年年末进行科研立项,并签定合同,有计划地培训各类人员,着重抓好学科带头人的培养,鼓励全院医务人员撰
