南方矿山生产联合公司各露天矿采用三种穿爆工作组织形式:其一,穿爆设计和穿孔工作由矿山企业完成,爆破工作则由专业化组织——克里沃罗格爆破工业管理局完成;其二,穿爆设计和穿爆工作全部由矿山企业独自完成;其三,矿山企业把穿爆设计和穿爆工作委托给专业化承包单位完成。以奥尔忠尼启则采选公司、马尔加涅茨采选公司和卡梅什-布伦铁矿公司各露天矿为代表采用第三种工作组织形式,由哈尔科夫爆破工业管理局和克里米亚爆破工业管理局承包这些露天矿的穿爆工作设计和施工任务。实际上,克里沃罗格爆破工业管理局也开始了发展这种工作组织形式(建材和冶金企业各露天矿和废渣场——南布格露天矿、索菲耶夫碎石场、扎波罗热冶金厂和尼科波尔铁合金厂)。

In fact, the Krivoy Rogger Blasting Industrial Authority has also begun to develop this form of organization of work (open pit and waste yard for building materials and metallurgical enterprises - Southbug open pit mine, Soofiev gravel yard, Zabo Luo hot metallurgical plant and Nicopol plant).
