广播电视大学向开放大学的转型是电大教育发展的要求和必然趋势,开放大学是个泊来词,通过对开放大学的界定阐述,探索开放大学具有中国特色的“开放+系统+平台”的新模式,并提出开放大学对终身学习、继续教育的作用。
The transition from RTVU to open university is the requirement and inevitable trend of RTVU education. Open University is a boating word. Through the definition and explanation of Open University, it explores the “Open + System + Platform” with Chinese characteristics of Open University New model, and put forward the role of open university for lifelong learning and continuing education.
