新近落成的深圳国际贸易中心大厦是由我国各省、市集资,(总投资约为一亿二千万元),深圳市物业发展总公司负责筹建的。该大厦系我国目前已建成的最高的、层数最多的现代化超高层建筑。国贸大厦位于深圳市罗湖区中心,共占地2万平方米,建筑总面积为99796平方米(其中办公主楼60855平方米,裙楼38941平方米)。主楼建筑为53层的塔式钢筋混凝土筒中筒结构,地面以上50层;高160米,地下3层。第5至23层,25至43层为标准层,每层面积为1322平方米。24层为消防避难层。49层为旋转餐厅。屋面设有直径为26米的直升飞机停机坪。垂直交通采用12台电梯和3台观景电梯。裙楼为5层,地上4层,地下一
The recently completed Shenzhen International Trade Center Building is funded by various provinces and cities in China, with a total investment of approximately 120 million yuan. The Shenzhen Property Development Corporation is responsible for the preparation of the construction. The building is the tallest modern high-rise building with the most layers in China. Guomao Tower is located in the center of Luohu District, Shenzhen. It covers an area of 20,000 square meters and has a total construction area of 99,796 square meters (including 60,855 square meters of main office building and 38,941 square meters of podium building). The main building is a 53-story tower-reinforced concrete tube structure with 50 floors above ground; 160 meters high and 3 floors underground. Layers 5 to 23, 25 to 43 layers are standard layers with an area of 1,322 square meters. The 24th floor is a fire refuge floor. The 49th floor is a revolving restaurant.
