气象因素(温度、湿度、降水、日照时数、风速等)与传染性疾病的发生和传播密不可分。国内近年来开展了大量有关气象因素与传染病的相关性研究,其中气象因素与肠道传染病的相关性较好;同时气象因素也对呼吸道传染病和虫媒传染病的发生和传播过程有影响。作者主要综述了气象因素对伤寒和副伤寒、手足口病、呼吸道传染病和虫媒传染病的影响,并指出目前研究中存在的问题。
Meteorological factors (temperature, humidity, precipitation, sunshine hours, wind speed, etc.) are closely linked with the occurrence and spread of infectious diseases. In recent years, a large number of researches on the correlation between meteorological factors and infectious diseases have been carried out in China. Among them, the correlation between meteorological factors and intestinal infectious diseases is good. At the same time, the meteorological factors also have an impact on the occurrence and spread of respiratory and zoonotic diseases influences. The author summarizes the impact of meteorological factors on typhoid and paratyphoid fever, hand-foot-mouth disease, respiratory disease and zoonotic diseases, and points out the problems in current research.
