中国工农红军二万五千里长征,是人类历史上前所未有的伟大壮举,也是党史上的一个重要转折点。长征的胜利不仅创造了军事史上罕见的奇迹,而且形成了举世闻名的长征精神。它包蕴着多方面的内涵,其中最主要的是:坚持中国共产党的正确领导,维护党的集中统一;坚定共产主义信念,弘扬爱国主义精神;树立艰苦奋斗、自强不息的拼搏精神。弘扬长征精神,在进行改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的今天,显得尤为重要。在刊授党校的教学工作中,我们不仅要给学员传授基础理论和文化知识,还要进行思想品德方面的教育,那么,发扬长征精神,培育四有新人就应该成为刊授党校教学工作中的重要内容,这在新形势下,不仅是必要的,而且是急需的。
The long march of the Chinese workers, peasants, and the Red Army, which is a great feat in human history as never before, is also an important turning point in the history of the party. The victory of the Long March not only created a rare miracle in military history, but also formed the world-famous Long March spirit. It contains many connotations, of which the most important ones are: upholding the correct leadership of the CPC and safeguarding the party’s unity and unification; strengthening its belief in communism and promoting the spirit of patriotism; and setting up a hard-working spirit of unremitting struggle. To promote the spirit of the Long March, it is particularly important today to carry out the reforms and opening up as well as the socialist modernization drive. In the teaching of Party schools, we not only need to impart basic theory and cultural knowledge to trainees, but also conduct ideological and moral education. Therefore, carrying forward the spirit of the Long March and cultivating four new entrants should become an important part of the teaching of Party schools This is not only necessary but also urgently needed in the new situation.
