围绕习近平总书记提出的“经济强”新定位和“经济发展迈上新台阶”新要求,4月13日至14日,江苏省委、省政府召开全省深入实施转型升级工程推动经济发展迈上新台阶工作会议,绘就经济发展新常态下打造江苏经济升级版的路线图。会议提出,要按照调高、调轻、调优、调强、调绿的要求,深入实施转型升级工程。经过5—10年努力,使江苏制造业发展在“中国制造”中走在前列,以服务经济为主体的现代产业体系基本形成,主要创新指标力争达到创新型国家和地区中等以上水平,实现由经济大省到经济强省的跨越。
