为节约能源,防止环境污染。我公司对太阳能系统作了三项改进:1.改系统逆对流为顺对流,使各节点压力均衡、流阻低、采热效果好。2.在集水箱上的出水管道与循环采热管道之间加设连通阀,使在外给水压下降时,仍可利用箱内热水。3.增设测温点,作为考核记录用。太阳能采热系统采用北京航空学院生产的BHS—2型扁盒式太阳能热水器20块,其吸热板为铝合金板压制的,采热效果好。每天提供50℃以上热水(最高温度达58.9℃)4吨,可供100人淋浴,平均每天可节约标准煤100公斤以上,按年使用期200天计,年节约标准煤20吨。
To save energy and prevent environmental pollution. Our company has made three improvements to the solar energy system: 1. Change the system’s reverse convection to be a convection flow, make each node pressure equalization, low flow resistance, and good heat collection effect. 2. Add a communication valve between the outlet pipe on the catchment tank and the circulating heat collection pipe so that when the external water supply pressure drops, the hot water in the tank can still be used. 3. Add temperature measurement points for assessment records. The solar heating system uses 20 BHS-2 flat box solar water heaters produced by the Beijing Aviation Academy. The heat-absorbing plate is pressed by aluminum alloy plates, and the heat collection effect is good. Provide 4 tons of hot water (up to a maximum temperature of 58.9°C) per day above 50°C. It can provide shower for 100 people. It can save an average of more than 100kg of standard coal per day and 200 days per year, saving 20 tons of standard coal per year.
