常规HBV血清标记物检查，只能间接反映HBV在体内的复制。我们在工作中发现有些慢性乙肝患者抗体（抗-HBs、抗-HBc和抗-HBe）阳性而抗原（HB－sAg、HBeAg）阴性。为了解这部分人体内是否存在HBV复制，我们用套式PCR方法对他们进行了HBV－DNA的检测，结果报告如下。1材料和方法1
Routine HBV serum markers can only indirectly reflect HBV replication in vivo. In our work, we found that some patients with chronic hepatitis B had anti-HBs, anti-HBc and anti-HBe but negative antigens (HBsAg, HBeAg).
