目的:研究石吊兰挥发油成分。方法:利用有机溶剂-水蒸气蒸馏法提取石吊兰挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法进行测定,结合计算机检索技术对分离出的化合物进行结构鉴定,并用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:分离鉴定出57种化学成分,占挥发油总量的85.334%,其中主要成分及其含量分别为芳樟醇13.935%、1-辛烯-3-醇7.283%、己醛4.172%、苯乙醛3.162%、2-羟基苯甲酸甲基酯2.956%、3-辛醇2.900%、二异丁基邻苯二甲酸酯2.683%、反式-金合欢烯2.607%、香叶基丙酮2.436%、2-正戊基呋喃2.396%、α-松油醇2.393%、反式-2-己烯醛2.228%、六氢假紫罗兰酮2.225%。结论:本文为首次采用GC-MS法对石吊兰挥发油成分进行研究。
Objective: To study the volatile oil components of Chlorophytum. Methods: Volatile oil from Chlorophytum was extracted by organic solvent-steam distillation and determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The structures of the isolated compounds were identified by computerized retrieval technique and the peak areas were normalized Method of calculating the relative percentage of each component. Results: 57 chemical constituents were isolated and identified, accounting for 85.334% of the total volatile oil. The main constituents and their contents were as follows: linalool 13.935%, 1-octen-3-ol 7.283%, hexanal 4.172% Aldehyde 3.162%, methyl 2-hydroxybenzoate 2.956%, 3-octanol 2.900%, diisobutyl phthalate 2.683%, trans-farnesene 2.607%, geranyl acetone 2.436%, 2 2.396% of n-pentylfuran, 2.393% of α-terpineol, 2.228% of trans-2-hexenal and 2.225% of hexahydroaceanone. Conclusion: This article is the first time by GC-MS method for the volatile oil components of stone chlorophyll.
