多档行星变速箱是十分有用的,但其最佳方案的设计是一件十分困难的工作。本文首先提出和阐明一种新的方法。用这种方法可以用电子计算机选取任意排数二自由度和换、拆联式三自由度行星变速箱最佳方案。然后提出和说明编程序的框图,最后以一些典型的应用实例说明本程序的功能。它能设计出许多新的方案,从中选取最佳方案。本程序为多档行星变速箱的设计和研究提供非常方便的条件。
Multi-speed planetary gearbox is very useful, but the design of the best program is a very difficult task. This paper first proposes and clarifies a new method. This method can be used to select any computer with an arbitrary number of rows of two degrees of freedom and exchange, disassembled three degrees of freedom planetary gear box best solution. And then put forward and explain the program block diagram, and finally some typical application examples illustrate the function of this program. It can design many new programs and choose the best one. This program for multi-speed planetary gearbox design and research provide very convenient conditions.
