课堂是神圣的,可是如今的课堂变得很随意,教师、学生、学校,甚至社会都可以干涉课堂教学。更有甚者,课堂成了师生可以违法犯罪的场所,使课堂缺失了对教育事业的责任和坚守、缺失了爱和尊重、缺失了自信和参与,缺失了原有课堂的神圣责任!课堂上发生的失控情形,显然和教师怎样履行课堂教学职责、在教学过程中能否科学的处理课堂问题行为有关。教师要通过把握课堂管理的规范性与灵活性,创设课堂民主管理的情境,营造课堂和谐宽松的管理氛围,抓住课堂问题的责任主体,提高课堂教学的实效,真正维护课堂的神圣。
Classrooms are sacred, but classes are nowadays casual and teachers, students, schools, and even society can interfere in classroom instruction. What is more, the classroom has become a place where teachers and students can commit crimes and make the classroom lack the responsibility and persistence of education, lack of love and respect, lack of self-confidence and participation, and lack the sacred responsibility of the original classroom! On the uncontrollable situation occurred, apparently and teachers how to fulfill the duties of classroom teaching, teaching in the process of whether the problem of scientific behavior. Teachers should grasp the normative and flexible classroom management, create a classroom democratic management situation, create a harmonious and relaxed classroom management atmosphere, grasp the responsibility subject of classroom problems, improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, and truly maintain the sacredness of the classroom.
