石油化工作为新兴的一种产业在国民就业和国家工业科技进步与发展的过程当中起着非常重要的作用。石油化工生产的种类繁多,技术含量高。对于工人技术的要求和车间生产程序以及相关安全防范方面的规范管理都非常重视。但是在日常生产与车间生产与机器运行的过程当中还是问题频频。本文从石油生产的安全角度着手,试图通过系统的石油化工生产过程当中的安全隐患类型、常见的安全风险和有效的应对策略等几个方面对本文展开论述与论证。目的是为了切实宣传石油化工生产的相关知识和增强生产过程中的安全意识,为人们的健康工作和高效生产提供有效的文化教育。
Petrochemical industry as an emerging industry plays a very important role in the process of national employment and the progress and development of national industrial science and technology. A wide range of petrochemical production, high technology content. The requirements of the workers and the workshop production processes and related safety precautions in the standard management are very seriously. However, there are still frequent problems in daily production, workshop production and machine operation. This article starts from the perspective of oil production safety and attempts to discuss and demonstrate this article through several aspects of the types of safety hazards, common safety risks and effective coping strategies in the systematic petrochemical production process. The purpose is to effectively publicize the relevant knowledge of petrochemical production and enhance safety awareness in the production process so as to provide effective cultural education for people’s healthy work and efficient production.
