对棒材穿水冷却装置中冷却管的结构进行了分析,并对其中流体的流态进行了讨论,从理论上计算和解决了冷却介质在冷却管中运动时的速度场问题,给出了不同区域内速度的分布形式,从而为棒材穿水阻力的计算提供了一个基础和前提条件。
The structure of the cooling pipe in the water cooling device of the bar is analyzed, and the fluid state in the cooling water pipe is discussed. The velocity field of the cooling medium in the cooling pipe is calculated and solved theoretically. The distribution of velocity in different regions provides a basis and precondition for the calculation of the resistance of the rod to wear water.
