“分层教育”具有因材施教、因人施教的特点。“研究性学习”是能最大程度地促进学生创造性思维发展的一种教育形式。能否将这两种教育方式结合起来,取长补短,使学生更快地适应社会的需要,学会学习、学会生活、学会创造。本人在工作中做了一些教学尝试,由此有效地提升了教学效率。
“Layered Education” has the characteristics of teaching students according to their aptitude and teaching them by others. “Research learning” is a form of education that maximizes the development of students’ creative thinking. Whether these two methods of education can be combined to complement each other and enable students to adapt to the needs of society more quickly, learn to learn, learn to live, and learn to create. I have made some teaching attempts at work, which has effectively improved teaching efficiency.
