[目的]通过正交试验筛选木霉菌孢子滴丸的最佳制备工艺。[方法]以基质类型与其质量比、孢子悬液体积与基质质量比和药液温度为3个分析因素,设计3个不同配比水平的正交试验,以成型效果和生物活性等6项指标为评判标准检验制备效果。[结果]不同组合的制备工艺效果不同。[结论]以PEG2000+PEG4000(质量比1∶1)为基质,药液温度为55℃,冷凝剂温度为0℃,木霉孢子悬液与滴丸成型基质比例为2∶10(mL/g),制备的滴丸在外观成型上具有最好的效果;木霉孢子悬液与滴丸成型基质比例为1∶10(mL/g)时,生物活性达到最优。
[Objective] The optimum preparation technology of Trichoderma spore dropping pills was screened by orthogonal test. [Method] With three factors of matrix type and its mass ratio, volume ratio of spore suspension to matrix and liquid temperature as three factors, three orthogonal experiments with different levels of ratio were designed. Six indexes, including forming effect and biological activity, were designed To judge the standard test preparation effect. [Result] Different preparation methods have different effects. [Conclusion] The PEG2000 + PEG4000 (mass ratio of 1: 1) was used as the substrate. The temperature of the liquid was 55 ℃ and the temperature of the condensing agent was 0 ℃. The ratio of Trichoderma sp. Suspension to the dropping medium was 2:10 (mL / g ), The prepared drop pill has the best effect on appearance molding; the best bioactivity is achieved when the ratio of the Trichoderma spore suspension to the dropping pill molding matrix is 1:10 (mL / g).
