特发性高钙尿症（IH）自1953年Albright氏等首先报告以来，该病并非少见，近年来由于其发病率增高，已引起临床医师广泛注意，它不仅是引起血尿的重要原因之一，而且是形成尿路结石或肾钙化的重要原因之一。国内因对该病认识不足，常常贻误了该病的诊断与治疗，给患者带来了严重后果，为使临床医师对该病有一全面了解，现复习近期文献综述于后。
Idiopathic Hypercalciuria (IH) Since Albright et al. First reported in 1953, the disease is not uncommon.
