养殖安全问题是当前制约水产养殖持续健康发展的重要因素之一。为了预防和控制黄颡养殖环节的安全问题,在黄颡池塘养殖过程中引进和运行HACCP体系,确定了池塘养殖过程的5个关键控制点(CCP),分别是池塘的选择(CCP1)、水源和水质(CCP2)、鱼苗的供给(CCP3)、饲料供应(CCP4)、疾病防治(CCP5)。研究表明,通过对危害关键控制点的控制,有助于提升黄颡的品质,使黄颡达到无公害水产品的标准,提高经济效益。本研究可为黄颡及其他淡水鱼无公害生产提供参考。
The problem of aquaculture safety is one of the important factors that restrict the sustainable and healthy development of aquaculture. In order to prevent and control the safety problems in the process of breeding Huangpi, the HACCP system was introduced and operated during the cultivation of Huangpi ponds. The five key control points (CCPs) for the pond farming process were defined as the pond selection (CCP1), water source And water quality (CCP2), fry supply (CCP3), feed supply (CCP4) and disease control (CCP5). The research shows that by controlling the critical control points, it helps to improve the quality of yellow catfish, make the catfish reach the standard of pollution-free aquatic products, and improve the economic benefits. This study can provide reference for the pollution-free production of Huangpi and other freshwater fish.
