提出一种神经网络-模糊控制技术, 并用于钨极气体保护电弧焊(GTAW) 的熔深控制过程。重点论述熔深神经网络建模法。试验结果表明: 所设计的熔深智能控制系统具有良好的控制特性, 熔深控制精度得到了显著提高。
A neural network-fuzzy control technique was proposed and applied to the penetration control of GTAW. Focus on the penetration of deep neural network modeling. The experimental results show that the designed penetration depth intelligent control system has good control characteristics, and the penetration depth control precision has been significantly improved.
