长白县紧密结合“三帮扶”活动,针对全县薄弱基层党组织主要集中在非公有制经济组织的实际情况,从夯实基础入手,创新管理模式,全力破解党员意识不强、先进性差、管理体制不健全等问题,非公有制经济党组织凝聚力和战斗力得到进一步加强。
