1989年4月4—5日,第三届新疆青年地震工作者学术研讨会在乌鲁木齐召开。会议共收到论文,报告21篇,主要涉及地震预报、形变测量及计算机开发应用等方面的研究工作。会议以青年代表相互交流,专家指导小组评点的方式进行。经过专家指导小组的认真评选,推荐白超英、王海涛、桑晓勇、李尚伟、周仕勇、郭新平等人的6篇论文参加今年5月8—13日在西安召开的第三届西北青年地震工作者学术研讨会的学术交流。
April 4-5, 1989, the Third Xinjiang Youth Earthquake Workers Symposium was held in Urumqi. The conference received a total of 21 papers and 21 reports, mainly related to the research on earthquake prediction, deformation measurement and computer development and application. The meeting was conducted with young delegates interacting with each other and with expert guidance groups. After careful selection by the expert steering group, six papers, including Bai Chaoying, Wang Haitao, Sang Xiaoyong, Li Shangwei, Zhou Shi Yong and Guo Xinping, were invited to participate in the third academic conference of the Northwest Seismological Workers in Northwest China May 8-13 held in Xi’an on May 8-13.
