在对双级直联泵的叶片进行受力分析的基础上,建立了一种新的气体压力模型,该模型给出了叶片所受气体压力与转子转角和泵的主要设计尺寸的关系,并且根据泵入口压强的大小而选择相应的计算公式,可计算在不同入口压强下的叶片气体压力,达到了对叶片进行连续受力分析的目的。此外,还根据该模型运用Matlab对2XZ—4型直联真空泵进行了实例计算,为直联旋片泵优化设计和合理使用提供了依据,拓宽了直联真空泵的设计理论。
Based on the force analysis of the blades of a two-stage direct-coupled pump, a new gas pressure model is established. The model gives the relationship between the gas pressure and the rotation angle of the rotor and the main design dimensions of the pump. According to the size of the inlet pressure of the pump, the corresponding calculation formula is selected to calculate the pressure of the vane under different inlet pressures so as to achieve the purpose of continuous stress analysis of the vane. In addition, based on the model, Matlab is used to calculate the model 2XZ-4 direct-coupled vacuum pump, which provides the basis for the optimization design and rational use of the direct-coupled rotary vane pump, broadening the design theory of the direct-coupled vacuum pump.
