目前,我国低渗透、超低渗透油藏的探明地质储量,约占全部探明地质储量的1/4。在国内能源供应和消费缺口日渐加大的情况下,如何盘活这部分石油资源,意义十分重大。作为我国低渗透油气田开发的先行者,长庆油田40年来先后发现并成功开发了36个低渗透、特低渗透油气田。近两年来,他们再接再厉,进一步向超低渗透油藏进军。在新理念引领下,长庆油田探索形成了一套超低渗透油藏经济有效开发管理模式,实行技术创新和管理创新相融合,使超低渗透油田在当前国际油价基础上,能够规模开发、快速上产、获得盈利。同时,也为国内同类油藏经济有效开发提供了宝贵经验。
