目的探讨无创机械通气治疗急性左心衰的临床效果。方法 86例急性左心衰竭患者,随机分为两组均43例,对照组予常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上采用无创呼吸机通气治疗。结果两组在心率、呼吸、SaO_2、PaO_2和BNP与治疗前比较,均有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗后两组比较,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组有效率比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无创机械通气治疗急性左心衰临床效果满意。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of noninvasive mechanical ventilation on acute left heart failure. Methods A total of 86 patients with acute left heart failure were randomly divided into two groups (n = 43). Patients in the control group were treated routinely. Patients in the observation group were treated with noninvasive ventilator ventilation on the basis of routine treatment. Results The heart rate, respiration, SaO_2, PaO_2 and BNP in both groups were significantly different from those before treatment (P <0.05). After treatment, the observation group was better than the control group (P <0.05). The two groups were compared, the observation group was better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Noninvasive mechanical ventilation is effective in treating acute left heart failure.
