采用压电陶瓷锆钛酸铅 (PZT)粉末掺入聚合物基聚偏二氟乙烯 (PVDF)的方法 ,制备了柔性压电复合材料 PZT- PVDF。为了提高压电复合材料的静水压压电灵敏度 ,将钛酸铅 (PT)微粉掺入到二氟和四氟乙烯的共聚物 P (VDF / Te FE)中制备了另一种柔性压电复合材料 PT - P (VDF/ Te FE) ,因为它具有大的压电各向异性。本文报导了这两种复合材料的制备工艺及其介电性和压电性 ,并讨论了在水听器方面的应用。
Piezoelectric ceramic PZT-PVDF was prepared by incorporating PZT powder into polymer-based polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). In order to improve the hydrostatic piezoelectric sensitivity of piezoelectric composites, another kind of flexible piezoelectric was prepared by incorporating lead (PT) fine powder into difluoro and tetrafluoroethylene copolymer P (VDF / Te FE) Composite PT - P (VDF / Te FE) because of its large piezoelectric anisotropy. This paper reports the preparation of the two composites and their dielectric and piezoelectric properties, and discusses the application of hydrophone.
