为观察帕利百(美国眼力健公司生产)治疗白内障、青光眼术后虹睫炎的疗效及安全性,我院临床应用了34例,报告如下。 1 资料和方法 1.1 病例选择 选择1997年白内障或青光眼术后的34只眼作为观察组,年龄50岁～70岁,男女各17例,既往无其它眼病史。将1996年白内障、青光眼术后的34只眼作为对照组,其年龄和性别及健康状况与观察组相似。 1.2 治疗及观察方法 观察组术后第l天起用帕利百眼水点眼,qid;对照组用氯霉素和地塞米松眼水点眼。观察术后每日视力、睫状体充血、眼部疼痛、角膜水肿、角膜后沉着物(KP)、后弹力皱折、前房闪辉及漂游物及渗出和虹膜粘连等情况。
In order to observe the efficacy and safety of Paliburg (manufactured by Eye Health Company of America) in the treatment of cataract and glaucoma after glaucoma, 34 cases of clinical application in our hospital are as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Case Selection In 1997 cataract or glaucoma surgery 34 eyes as the observation group, aged 50 to 70 years, 17 men and women in each case, no previous history of other eye disease. Daily visual acuity, ciliary body congestion, ocular pain, corneal edema, post-corneal deposition (KP), post-elastic fold, anterior chamber glint, and bleedings and exudative and iris adhesions were observed.
