目的 :研究增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)在大肠癌发生发展过程中的表达规律以及它们的相关关系。方法 :用免疫组化SABC法检测 1,2 二甲肼成功诱导大鼠肠癌发生发展过程中的PCNA的表达。结果 :用 1,2 二甲肼诱导大鼠肠癌模型 ,诱癌率达 5 7 6 9%。PCNA表达在肠癌诱导的第 5周明显改变 ,到第 15周肠癌形成时达到较高水平 ,并与癌前病变及癌的浸润程度呈正相关。结论 :PCNA在肠癌发生的早期有高表达 ,并与癌前病变及癌的发展呈正相关 ,它可能是一种肿瘤早期生物标记物
Objective: To study the expression pattern of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) during the development of colorectal cancer and their correlation. METHODS: The expression of PCNA in the development of rat colon cancer was successfully detected by immunohistochemical SABC method. RESULTS: A rat model of intestinal cancer was induced with 1,2 dimethyl hydrazine, and the cancer induction rate was 576.9%. PCNA expression significantly changed during the 5th week of induction of colon cancer and reached a high level at the beginning of the 15th week. It was positively correlated with precancerous lesions and cancer infiltration. Conclusion : PCNA is highly expressed in the early stage of colorectal carcinogenesis and is positively correlated with the development of precancerous lesions and cancers. It may be an early tumor biomarker.
