The interaction between the ore-bearing solution and the surrounding rock determines the characteristics of the ore. The extent and characteristics of this interaction are related to the original rock composition and structural-tectonic characteristics and pressure-temperature conditions. Due to the ion exchange reaction caused by the chemical changes in the solution itself, to a large extent depends on the lithological components of the surrounding rock. In order to study the mechanism of metallogenetic enrichment, many experimental work has been done to try to illustrate the effect of rock mineral composition and structural features on the selective formation of mineralization. Selected from the ancient shield of the following rocks have been tested: plagiogranite granite, weak agate granite, slightly inclined long
