平面精刨是刨工在刨削中常见的加工工艺。精刨平面的主要目的是:一、使加工面的形位公差达到工艺要求;二、提高表面光洁度。一、要使零件加工面的形位公差(直线度“—”、平面度“”、与其它面或孔的平行度“∥”、垂直度“⊥”)达到工艺要求。1.必须选择好平稳的基面或工艺基面。2.零件夹固必须得当,避免因夹固不当而造成人为的应力变形。3.夹固前必须使待加工面与工艺要求面(或基面)找正到符合要求,夹固后检查此要求应保持一致。4.加工时半精加工和精加工余量不得过大。
