目的对干冰(CO_2)膨胀烟丝生产线的职业病危害因素及控制效果进行分析评价,确定作业场所中有害因素及其危害程度,并对职业病危害因素的防护措施及职业卫生管理进行评估,为进一步提高卫生防护设施控制效果及完善职业卫生管理提供依据。方法采用现场职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测和风险分类等方法,结合职业健康检查,对新建项目工作场所中的职业病危害因素进行识别和分析,提出关键控制措施。结果项目的平面布局、设备布局、建筑物卫生学均符合要求;同时该企业有较完善的职业病防护措施、警示标识设置得当;建立了较完善的健康监护档案,但个体防护用品选用存在不足。现场检测结果表明,CO_2、烟草尘、噪声作业点合格率为100%。结论该项目存在烟草尘、噪声和二氧化碳等职业病危害因素。各项指标和防护措施基本符合国家卫生标准的要求,职业病危害控制效果较好,属于职业病危害风险一般的建设项目。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the occupational hazards and control effects of the production line of dry ice (CO_2) expanded tobacco, determine the harmful factors and the degree of harm in the workplace, and evaluate the protective measures and occupational health management of occupational hazards in order to further improve the hygiene Protective facilities control effect and improve occupational health management to provide the basis. Methods Based on the field occupational health survey, occupational health examination and risk classification, combined with occupational health examination, the occupational hazards in the new construction project were identified and analyzed, and the key control measures were put forward. Results The layout of the project, equipment layout and building hygiene met the requirements. At the same time, the company had sound occupational disease prevention measures and warning signs properly set up. A relatively complete set of health care records was established, but the selection of personal protective equipment was inadequate. Field test results show that, CO 2, tobacco dust, noise operation point pass rate of 100%. Conclusion There are occupational hazards such as tobacco dust, noise and carbon dioxide in this project. The indicators and protective measures basically meet the requirements of the national health standards, occupational disease hazard control effect is good, belong to the general risk of occupational disease risk construction projects.
