目的建立在线固相萃取-高效液相色谱快速检测水中灭草松、2,4-滴的方法。方法样品过滤后直接进样,在富集柱上进行纯化和富集,通过阀的切换把富集柱上的被测组分转移至分析柱上分离分析,外标峰面积法定量。结果灭草松、2,4-滴在2~100 ng/ml浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,线性相关性r值分别为0.9999和0.9996,检出限分别为0.010 ng/ml和0.030 ng/ml,加标回收率在97.8%~104.5%之间,相对标准偏差在0.34%~2.91%之间。结论该方法操作简单,快速,精密度和准确度好,可满足水中灭草松和2,4-滴的检测。
OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid on-line solid phase extraction coupled with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of methonone and 2,4-D in water. Methods The samples were directly filtered after filtration, purified and enriched on the enrichment column. The components on the enriched column were transferred to the analytical column for separation and analysis by valve switching, and the external standard peak area method was used for quantification. Results Methylprednisolone and 2,4-D had a good linearity in the concentration range of 2 ~ 100 ng / ml, the linear correlation r values were 0.9999 and 0.9996, the detection limits were 0.010 ng / ml and 0.030 ng / ml, the spiked recoveries ranged from 97.8% to 104.5% with relative standard deviations between 0.34% and 2.91%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and accurate, and can meet the detection of mefenpyr and 2,4-D in water.
