文章用重量法研究了不同浸水条件下导爆管的吸水规律及其对传爆可靠性的影响。热力学分析表明,导爆管的吸水量不但和浸水温度有关,而且和温度沿导爆管的分布有关。在较低的温度范围内,当浸水温度沿导爆管的分布不均匀且水温高于环境温度时,足够长时间的浸泡,便会使导爆管大量进水并产生拒爆。
Gravimetric method was used to study the water absorption rules of detonators under different flooding conditions and their influence on the reliability of the blasting. Thermodynamic analysis shows that the water absorption of the detonator is not only related to the immersion temperature, but also to the distribution of temperature along the detonator. In the lower temperature range, when the immersion temperature along the detonator is not evenly distributed and the temperature of the water is higher than the ambient temperature, immersion for a long enough time causes the detonator to flood and produce a detonation.
