目的总结尤瑞克林治疗4.5h以内和4.5～48h不同时间窗急性脑梗死的临床疗效和安全性。方法以2011年1月至2012年4月间收治的46例住院的急性脑梗死患者为研究对象(观察组),给予尤瑞克林0.15PNA.d-1,连续静脉点滴7d。其中4.5h以内用药组17例、4.5～48h用药组29例,同时选取对照组30例。结果 4.5h内用药组和4.5～48h用药组在尤瑞克林治疗后7d,临床功能改善程度和NIHSS评分变化均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),全部患者无出血及过敏反应发生。结论尤瑞克林用于治疗4.5h以内和4.5～48h急性脑梗死均安全有效,但4.5h以内临床疗效更好。
Objective To summarize the clinical efficacy and safety of ureclin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction at different time windows of 4.5h and 4.5 ~ 48h. Methods From January 2011 to April 2012, 46 hospitalized patients with acute cerebral infarction (observation group) were treated with irinotecan 0.15PNA.d-1, intravenously for 7 days. Among them, 17 cases were treated within 4.5 hours, 29 cases were treated with 4.5 ~ 48 hours, and 30 cases were selected as control group. Results The improvement of clinical function and the NIHSS scores in the 4.5 h treatment group and 4.5-48 h treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05) on the 7th day after the treatment with urelin. All the patients had no bleeding and anaphylaxis. Conclusion Youre Kelin is safe and effective for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction within 4.5 hours and 4.5-48 hours, but the clinical effect is better within 4.5 hours.
