长期以来,不需取得消防安全行政许可的场所不仅缺乏事前监督,开办后的整改也是众所周知的难点,文章通过从法律与实践两个层面的分析,希望找到行之有效的解决途径和方法。
For a long time, there is not only a lack of prior supervision for places where there is no need to obtain administrative authorization for fire safety. It is also a well-known difficulty to rectify post-establishment rectification. The article attempts to find effective ways and means of solving problems through analysis from two levels of law and practice.
