司法审判独立,无论是我国宪法还是其它相关法律都以条文明确予以确定。只有司法审判的独立,才能更好的保证正义与公平的实现。媒体监督,则是为了更好的促进司法的公正,正义的实现。但现实中,两者又有着冲突,如何把握二者的平衡,促进社会法制的更好发展,是我们当前的一项重要任务。为此,笔者针对目前司法审判与媒体监督问题进行了有关的思考与研究。
The independence of judicial adjudication, whether it is our country’s constitution or other related laws, is clearly stipulated in the articles. Only the independence of judicial trial can better ensure the realization of justice and fairness. Media supervision is to better promote justice and justice. However, in reality, there is a conflict between the two. It is an important task for us to grasp the balance between the two and promote the better development of the social legal system. To this end, the author of the current judicial review and media supervision carried out the relevant thinking and research.
