[目的]探讨影响深入开展临床心理护理的主要因素,了解护理人员对该问题的看法,为进一步提出切实可行的解决办法提供依据.[方法]采用自行设计的问卷对487名护理人员进行调查分析.[结果]时间和知识技能缺乏是影响临床心理护理深入开展的主要因素.[结论]改变护理人员在临床心理护理中“时间”上的认识误区,满足护理人员的知识技能需求,同时医院各级领导应加强重视、完善管理.“,”Objective: To probe into the main factors of influencing unfolding clinical psychological nursing care, to know the viewpoints of nurses toward it, so as to provide a basis for a practical mean of settlement. Method: A total of 487nursing staffs were surveyed by filling out self-made questionnaires. Result: Both time and the lack of knowledge and skills of nurses are the main factors influencing the unfolding of clinical mental care deeply. Conclusion: It is needed to change the misunderstanding of the time of clinical mental care in nursing staffs, and to meet their demands for knowledge and skills. Meanwhile leaders of hospital should strengthen and perfect their management.
