80年代以来,台湾社会经济的发展,使越来越多的知识妇女投入就业市场;双薪的核心家庭日益普及,更多的幼儿需要照顾和教育;许多心理学家纷纷提出“3岁或6岁定一生”的概念:以及幼儿教师中新问题的不断出现,致使台湾社会各界日益重视幼儿教育。种种迹象表明,台湾的幼教发展正处于一个转型期。台湾现行的幼教体制有两种:托儿所和幼稚园。托儿所属社会福利体系,在中央属内政部在地方属社会处局管理。托儿所以出生满一个月至满6岁的婴幼儿为服务对象,两足岁以下为托婴部,2岁至6岁为托
Since the 1980s, the social and economic development of Taiwan has brought more and more knowledge-based women into the job market. The double-payer core families have become more and more popular and many young children need care and education. Many psychologists have proposed “3 or 6 years of age Life for all ”: the continuous emergence of new problems among kindergarten teachers has led to the increasing emphasis on early childhood education in Taiwan. There are indications that the development of early childhood education in Taiwan is in a period of transition.
