目的:了解河北省北戴河暑期食品安全状况。方法:按照河北省疾病预防控制中心制定的监测方案要求,集中在宾馆、集贸市场、饭店、超市、熟食店、路边小吃摊点等经营场所,对饮用水、饮料、蔬菜、水果、熟肉制品和凉拌菜等六类食品进行抽样监测。结果:共抽检六类食品324个样品,平均合格率为81.8%,其中饮用水、蔬菜、水果抽检合格率均为100%,饮料抽检合格率为94.7%,熟肉制品和凉拌菜抽检合格率分别为57.5%和24.0%。结论:北戴河暑期食品安全状况整体较好,但熟肉制品和凉拌菜两类食品安全状况有待大幅度提高。
Objective: To understand the food safety situation of Beidaihe in Hebei Province. Methods: According to the requirements of the monitoring plan formulated by Hebei Center for Disease Control and Prevention, it concentrated on the operation of hotels, bazaars, restaurants, supermarkets, delicatessens and roadside snack stalls. Results: A total of 324 samples of six kinds of food samples were sampled, with an average pass rate of 81.8%.
