Mass Attacking the Judicial Chaos Constructing the judicial responsibility system is the judicial chaos intensified in recent years. In December 2012, the research team of the Academy of Social Sciences published the “Report No. 2 of China’s Fighting Corruption and Building a Clean Government” after conducting field research in over 10 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. In what the media described as the Blue Book on Corruption, it pointed out that the ideals and beliefs of a few leading cadres and court staff of a few courts have been declining in their ideals and beliefs. The issue of judicial corruption is still prone to be frequent in some departments and units. Today, the problem of corruption in the judicial field has not yet been solved
