目的探讨高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)测定复方维生素注射液A、E、K1含量的可行性。方法采用HPLC法,C18色谱柱(150mm×46mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-酒精(80∶20),检测波长270nm。结果维生素A棕榈酸酯在125~125.5μg/ml之间线性良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.38%,RSD为1.36%;维生素E在125~125.5μg/ml之间线性良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为95.87%,RSD为0.95%。维生素K1在16.5~166.5μg/m之间线性良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.08%,RSD为1.57%。结论HPLC法测定复方维生素注射液维生素A、E、K1的含量专属性强,灵敏度高,准确性好。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for the determination of A, E and K1 in Compound Vitamin Injection. Methods HPLC, C18 column (150mm × 46mm, 5μm), mobile phase: methanol - ethanol (80:20), detection wavelength of 270nm. Results Vitamin A palmitate showed a good linearity (r = 0.9999) with an average recovery of 99.38% and a RSD of 1.36% between 125 and 125.5 μg / ml. Vitamin E showed good linearity between 125 and 125.5 μg / ml = 0.9999). The average recovery was 95.87% and the RSD was 0.95%. Vitamin K1 showed a good linearity (r = 0.9998) between 16.5 and 166.5 μg / m with an average recovery of 98.08% and a RSD of 1.57%. Conclusion HPLC method for the determination of compound vitamin injection vitamin A, E, K1 content specificity, high sensitivity, accuracy.
