把全面质量管理的理论引进到医院管理中来,是实现医院现代化科学管理,提高医疗质量的必然趋势。但对不同类型的医院怎样实施管理,各家创见不一,互有短长。当前我军师医院医疗质量管理也是管理部门和管理工作者正在研究探索的一个课题。本文就师医院医疗质量的管理问题谈点浅见,借以抛砖引玉引起争鸣,以求把师医院医疗质量的管理工作推进一步。 一、师医院的性质、任务和特点:
Introducing the theory of total quality management into hospital management is an inevitable trend to realize modern scientific management of hospitals and improve medical quality. However, how to implement management for different types of hospitals varies from one to the other. At present, the medical quality management in our military hospital is also a topic that management departments and management workers are researching and exploring. This article talks about the management problems of the medical quality of the division hospitals, in order to attract disputes through the introduction of bricks and jade, in order to push the management of medical quality in the division hospitals further. First, the nature, tasks and characteristics of the division hospital:
