应用SPECT(单光子发射计算机断层)显像技术,检查各种类型的血液病共136例,其中再生障碍性贫血46例。骨髓显像结果:Ⅰ型28例,Ⅱ型9例,Ⅲ型3例,Ⅳ型6例,其中Ⅰ型28例经治疗后,8例死亡,说明其预后较差。原发性血小板减少性紫癜24例检查结果:Ⅰ型7例,Ⅱ型2例,Ⅲ型12例,Ⅳ型3例。骨髓增生异常综合征18例,检查结果:Ⅰ型2例,Ⅱ型8例,Ⅲ型2例,Ⅳ型2例,Ⅴ型4例,其中有5例患者均很快转化为白血病,其他类型血液病的骨髓显像也有不同程度表现。12例淋巴结显像结果与病理切片结果符合率大于90%。显像结果对血液病的诊断提供有价值的辅助诊断依据,对一些疾病的预后判断做动态观察,是一种安全、简便、无创伤性的检查方法。

The imaging results provide a valuable basis for the diagnosis of blood diseases and the dynamic observation of the prognosis of some diseases, which is a safe, simple and non-invasive examination method.
