绝经前,HUA组BMI[(27.90±5.13)vs(24.08±3.38)kg/m~2]、SBP[(142.71±12.60)vs(128.96±15.62)mmHg]、TC[(6.64±1.84)vs(4.47±1.14)mmol/L]、LDL-C[(4.65±1.73)vs(2.80±1.09)mmol/L]较NUA组高(P<0.05)。绝经后,HUA组年龄[(68.60±8.92)vs(64.56±8.47)岁]、病程[(12.94±6.69)vs(9.58±6.96)年]、BMI[(26.64±3.04)vs(24.18±2.99)kg/m~2]、TG[(2.88±2.44)vs(1.84±1.27)mmol/L]较NUA组高(P<0.05),FPG[(8.90±4.49)vs(10.49±5.95)mmol/L]、HbA_1c[(7.64±1.79)%vs(9.06±2.40)%]、HDL-C[(0.93±0.23)vs(1.19±0.33)mmol/L]较NUA组低(P<0.05)。
Objective To investigate the relationship between different serum uric acid (SUA) levels and BMI, blood pressure and blood lipids in female T2DM patients. Methods 429 female patients with T2DM were selected, including 76 premenopausal women and 353 postmenopausal women. According to the level of SUA, the subjects were divided into normal SUA (NUA) group and hyperuricemia (HUA) group. The changes of BMI, blood pressure and blood lipid in the two groups were compared. Results In this study, 57 HUA patients (13.29%), including 7 premenopausal women and 50 postmenopausal women. In premenopausal women, BMI [(27.90 ± 5.13) vs (24.08 ± 3.38) kg / m 2, SBP [(142.71 ± 12.60) vs (128.96 ± 15.62) mmHg), TC 4.47 ± 1.14 mmol / L], and LDL-C [(4.65 ± 1.73) vs (2.80 ± 1.09) mmol / L] higher than those in NUA group (P <0.05). After the menopause, the average age of patients with HUA was (68.60 ± 8.92 vs 64.56 ± 8.47) years, duration of disease was (12.94 ± 6.69) vs (9.58 ± 6.96) years, BMI was (26.64 ± 3.04) vs (24.18 ± 2.99) (P <0.05), and FPG [(8.90 ± 4.49) vs (10.49 ± 5.95) mmol / L vs (2.88 ± 2.44 vs 1.84 ± 1.27 mmol / L vs ], HbA_1c [(7.64 ± 1.79)% vs (9.06 ± 2.40)%] and HDL-C [(0.93 ± 0.23) vs (1.19 ± 0.33) mmol / L] Multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was a correlation between BMI and HUA in premenopausal patients, and there was a correlation between BMI, TG, HDL-C and HUA in postmenopausal patients. Conclusions The level of SUA in premenopausal T2DM patients is related to weight gain. SUA levels in postmenopausal T2DM patients are associated with dyslipidemia and weight gain.
