钳刮术是避孕失败所采用的一种补救措施。为保证手术质量,确保受术者的安全,减少并发症,我们对200例钳刮术出血应用缩宫素,并采取不同的注射方法,防治钳刮术出血进行了观察,现将结果报告如下: 一、临床资料本文所搜集的资料为1989年6月～1990年6月,在我站计生科就诊,妊娠10～13周即70～90天之间进行钳刮术者,共计200例。二、宫缩剂注射方法 (一)肌肉注射钳刮胎膜破水后,即可臀部注射缩宫素10单位。
