一种适用于蔬菜棚室、露天菜地和苗圃、果园耕整地作业的旋耕机——1GZN-50型旋耕机已在我院研制成功并投产。该机由3.3千瓦汽油机、蜗轮蜗杆传动箱、旋耕刀辊、扶手机架和运输支承轮组成,耕幅50厘米。采用无驱动轮旋耕原理,旋耕刀辊兼有翻土、碎土和行走的功能,并具有很强的爬坡和翻越田埂性能;旋耕刀设计特殊,在高湿度土壤作业也能保持较好的工作性能,据农业部农机试验鉴定总站检测,在土壤含水率为33.4％情况下工作正常。采用蜗轮蜗杆
