十年树木,百年树人。教育是一个自人类文明诞生至今,无限存在的永恒课题。它延续至人类文明高度发展的今日,仍是我们无法回避的、需要异常重视的问题。我是一名农村学校的班主任,这个班,是我从一年级代上来的,对于孩子以及家长的情况我都很清楚。然而,我们是家长和学校的纽带,是家长和学校的桥梁,我们共同的目标是为了孩子全面的发展。如何做好这项工作,需要我们帮助家长,了解农村孩子所存在的问题以及如何提高他们的个人素质,解决他们在教育孩子时存在的问题。
Ten years of trees, century tree. Education is an eternal topic which has infinite existence since the birth of human civilization. Its continuation up to the present highly-developed human civilization is still an issue that we can not avoid and need to attach great importance to. I am the head teacher of a rural school. This class was from the first grade. I know very well about the children and the parents. However, we are the bond between parents and schools and a bridge between parents and schools. Our common goal is for all-round development of our children. How to do this well requires that we help parents understand the problems that rural children have and how to improve their personal qualities to solve their problems in educating their children.
