目的观察通阳逐瘀法对急性心肌缺血大鼠心肌组织IL-6的影响。方法选用SD大鼠64只,采用冠状动脉结扎法制备大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,随机分为假手术组、模型组、葱白提取物组、大黄提取物组、通阳逐瘀7∶3组、通阳逐瘀5∶5组、通阳逐瘀3∶7组和硝酸甘油组,以大鼠血清IL-6和心肌组织IL-6 mRNA为观测指标,观察通阳逐瘀法对急性心肌缺血大鼠炎症因子IL-6的干预作用。结果造模后大鼠血清IL-6含量升高明显(P<0.01);与模型组比较,各治疗组均能降低血清IL-6含量,通阳逐瘀7∶3组血清IL-6水平降低最为明显(P<0.01)。造模后大鼠心肌组织IL-6 mRNA明显表达(P<0.05),扩增倍数为1.00;经药物治疗后,IL-6 mRNA的表达明显降低,其中通阳逐瘀7∶3组抑制率最为显著。结论通阳逐瘀法能降低急性心肌缺血大鼠血清及心肌组织IL-6的表达水平。
Objective To observe the effect of Tongyang Zhuyu method on IL-6 in myocardial tissue of rats with acute myocardial ischemia. Methods Sixty-four SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operated group, model group, light blue extract group, rhubarb extract group, Tongyangzhuyu 7: 3 group , Tongyang Zhuyu 5: 5 group, Tongyang Zhuyu 3: 7 group and nitroglycerin group. The expression of IL-6 mRNA in rat myocardial tissue was significantly increased after modeling (P <0.05), and the fold of expansion was 1.00. The expression of IL-6 mRNA was significantly decreased after drug treatment. The inhibition rate of Tongyangzhuyu 7: 3 group The most significant. Conclusion Tongyang Zhuyu method can reduce the expression of IL-6 in serum and myocardial tissue in acute myocardial ischemia rats.
