新生儿高胆红质血症(简称高胆)是新生儿黄疸中常见的并发症。若未及时诊治,轻者可致脑部损伤,或呈脑性瘫痪、失听等核黄疸后遗症;重者危及生命。本文中因延误诊治或核黄疸致死者2例,后遗症3例。现将该病发病因素及治疗体会介绍如下。
Neonatal hypercalanophilia (referred to as high bile) is a common complication of neonatal jaundice. If not diagnosed and treated, the light can cause brain damage, or cerebral palsy, hearing loss and other complications of nuclear jaundice; severe cases of life-threatening. In this article because of delays in diagnosis or treatment of jaundice in 2 cases, 3 cases of sequelae. Now the incidence of disease and treatment of the experience described below.
